Whenever you are ready to practice, pop on your headphones (recommended for the cocoon effect they create) and press play.

Find a supported seat or lie down comfortably.

I will gently guide you through a breathwork experience using carefully selected breath patterns, trauma-informed principles and visualizations.

We will begin by simply dropping into your body and surrendering. I will then invite you into a breath pattern with clear cues that are easy to follow. You can relax knowing that there is no wrong way to do this.

As you breathe, I will guide you through a visualization to help you go deeper within and find her - the YOU that you were afraid you lost. You will feel her. You will hear her.

I’m a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, certified menopause coaching specialist, health coach, Pilates instructor and host of the Midlife Advice podcast.
I am also a fellow midlife woman who knows all too well how awful it is to feel disconnected from yourself.
After witnessing myself lash out, once again, at an innocuous trigger, I knew it was time to try something new. Something outside my norm, but that also had science supporting it.
That’s when I brought breathwork into my life in a meaningful way. And the impact is palpable.

Absolutely. These sessions are fully guided from start to finish. There is no wrong way to do it. Many women who arrive skeptical can’t believe how quickly they settle in and feel the effects.
No. Breathwork gives your body something to do, which makes it easier than sitting in silence for most people. Women who have never successfully meditated often find breathwork much more accessible.
You can practice these guided sessions as many times as you’d like. If it makes one tough decision easier, helps you keep your cool one time, or makes you feel like yourself again, even if just temporarily, it’s well worth it.
