I built this program to help you do just that.

The first step is the one most programs skip. Before you can reconnect with yourself, you have to put down what you've been carrying.
Using active breathwork, we move the tension, anxiety, and overwhelm OUT of the body. Not by talking about it. By actually releasing it at a physiological level.
By the end of Month 1, you’ll feel noticeably calmer, less reactive, and genuinely lighter. Like the weight has been removed from your shoulders.

With the noise quieted, we turn inward.
We use breathwork to access the version of you who exists beneath all the roles and responsibilities. The one with her own wants, her own knowing, her own truth.
Your intuition didn't disappear. It's just been drowned out. Month 2 is about finding her again.

I’m a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, certified menopause coaching specialist, health coach, Pilates instructor and host of the Midlife Advice podcast.
I am also a fellow midlife woman who knows all too well how awful it is to feel disconnected from yourself.
I’ve experienced such a long list of perimenopause symptoms (maybe you can relate?). Until I eventually found the right practitioners, doctors were no help. So I tried to find solutions myself.
I'm an Enneagram 5, so I did what comes naturally to me: I went deep on everything I could find about what actually works for midlife women's bodies (and got myself a few certifications along the way).
Some of the things I tried did work for a minute. But then new symptoms would show up and I'd be back at square one. It felt like a constant quest to find what would make me feel like ME again.
It wasn't until I doubled down on breathwork that I finally started feeling like myself on a much more regular basis. I felt like I’d found the missing link.

When you're running on stress, cortisol, and the constant demands of life, your body's ability to sense itself from the inside gets completely drowned out. The noise of your life drowns out your own signal.

Not at all. Every session is fully guided. There is no wrong way to do it. Many women arrive skeptical and are surprised by how quickly they settle in and feel the effects.
Breathwork gives your body something to do, which makes it more accessible than sitting in silence for most people. You're actively directing your breath, so your thoughts have less room to run. Women who have never successfully meditated often find breathwork much easier and more effective.
An exclusive audio feed available only to women in the program. New sessions drop twice a week and are designed to support the weekly theme. Short enough to fit into a normal day.
The live session is 45-60 minutes on Fridays at 12pm PT. The private podcast drops twice a week with short sessions designed to fit into a normal day. VIP members also have two 50-minute 1:1 sessions per month on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
All live sessions are recorded. You won't miss the content, and the private podcast gives you a way to stay connected to the weekly theme between sessions. (Doing your best to attend live is highly recommended.)
